Strikz Entertainment

Strikz Entertainment in Frisco, Texas. It’s a family-owned entertainment center at 8789 Lebanon Rd, and it’s been around for over two decades, celebrating its 21st anniversary in 2026. It’s a large, active venue, not a defunct one.

A Post-Apocalyptic Playground in the Heart of Frisco

Strikz Entertainment sits in the northern part of Frisco, Texas, a family-owned and operated venue that has anchored the local entertainment scene for more than twenty years. Spread across roughly 43,000 square feet, it’s the kind of place where a casual afternoon can easily turn into a full day of activity, with something for every age group under one roof. The centerpiece for many visitors is the laser tag arena, a two-story space designed to look like a post-apocalyptic downtown Dallas. Blacklight passages, fog-filled corridors, and heart-pounding music set the mood, and each round runs about ten minutes. It’s open to players ages five and up, and the arena is flexible enough that even a small family of four can jump in without waiting for a larger group to fill out a match.

More Than Just Lasers

While laser tag draws a lot of attention, Strikz is really a full entertainment complex. There are 32 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, including a private boutique bowling venue called the Rose Room with 12 lanes of its own. The arcade spans a wide variety of games for all ages with prize redemption, and there are billiards tables and an axe throwing experience for those looking to try something a little different. The venue also houses a Bar & Grill with a fresh food menu and a full bar, plus a 120-foot video wall that makes it a popular spot for watching big games. Between bowling, arcade play, laser tag, billiards, and axe throwing, there’s genuinely enough variety to keep a group entertained for hours without repeating an activity.

Built for Celebrations of Every Kind

Strikz positions itself as a go-to spot for birthdays, corporate events, sports team celebrations, and family outings. Kids’ birthday parties start at a budget-friendly rate per child, and a dedicated party host handles everything from setup to cleanup, so parents can focus on the fun. There are themed packages like Laser Lightning, Thunder & Lightning, and Double Laser Lightning that bundle laser tag with bowling, game cards, pizza, and soft drinks. For adults and companies, there are corporate packages, banquet options, and even lock-in events that let groups rent the space for several hours. The venue can host events ranging from a small gathering of ten people to more than 800, with private meeting rooms and a banquet room available for larger functions.

A Team That Handles the Details

One of the things visitors consistently note is how smoothly the venue runs. A personal party host is assigned to each celebration, managing everything from the initial setup to the final cleanup. The staff is experienced at juggling multiple groups at once, which matters at a venue this size, and the equipment is kept clean and in working order. The laser tag gear, in particular, gets positive mentions from players who appreciate that everything functions properly and the arena is well-maintained. It’s the kind of attentive, family-run operation where the people behind the counter genuinely seem to care about making sure guests have a good time.

Room to Relax Between Rounds

When the action winds down, there’s plenty of space to unwind. The Bar & Grill offers a place to grab a meal or a drink, and the Rose Room provides a more upscale, private setting for groups that want their own space. Private party rooms are available for celebrations, and the venue regularly hosts community events like fundraisers, holiday parties, and special promotions. There are also recurring specials throughout the week, from early bird deals before 2 PM to half-price Tuesdays and family fun packs that bundle bowling, pizza, and drinks. It’s a venue that clearly values repeat visits and community ties, making it a reliable choice for everything from a spontaneous family outing to a carefully planned corporate event.
