About
An Affordable Family Fun Center in Ogden
Toad’s Fun Zone is located in Ogden, Utah, in the Marriott-Slaterville area west of downtown, along 400 North. The center offers indoor and outdoor attractions on one site, and it presents itself as Utah’s stop for affordable family fun. A separate golf center on the same property, Mulligans Creekside Golf Center, adds a nine-hole course and a heated driving range.
A Multi-Level Laserforce Laser Tag Arena
Laser tag takes place in a multi-level Laserforce arena of about 4,300 square feet. Players use vests and phasers to score points on opponents, and the arena is included in the center’s passes and birthday packages. Laser tag is priced as part of value passes, with the center advertising passes as low as $18. On Tuesdays, a two-hour deal covers unlimited laser tag, go-karts, and mini golf at a low price, which makes repeat rounds easy for families.
Go-Kart Grand Prix and Outdoor Mini Golf
The outdoor park has a go-kart track, called the Go Kart Grand Prix, and two outdoor miniature golf courses. A third, indoor mini golf course lets groups play in any weather. The center notes that some outdoor attractions close for the season, so winter visitors should check what is open. Batting cages and a 64-station driving range at the golf center give older players more to do. Reviewers note that the grounds are clean and the staff are friendly, though some say the facilities are starting to look a little worn.
An Arcade With Games for All Ages
The arcade has about 70 games, including ticket games and video games for all ages. Guests load an arcade card, and bonus value cards give extra play for the same price. A snack bar serves pizza and other food so groups can eat between activities. Weeknight specials include a Monday family night with a large pizza, four drinks, and four arcade cards for a flat price. Visitors with a VIP pass receive a discount on arcade credit.
Birthdays, School Parties, and Group Events
Birthday parties come in several levels, from a pizza-and-games Mini Toad party to a three-hour package with unlimited indoor and outdoor attractions. Each birthday guest receives an arcade card, and a party host helps with the event. Indoor-only packages let families celebrate rain or shine. The center also hosts after-school parties, school groups, and other group events, and it offers a 365-day VIP pass for local regulars.
