Phazer Kraze

An Immersive Multi-Level Battle Arena

Phazer Kraze centers on a large, multi-level laser tag arena spanning roughly 6,000 square feet with a futuristic, black-light style theme. The course is packed with hiding spots, vantage points, and corners that players can use to their advantage, and the reflective surfaces even allow lasers to be bounced off walls for indirect shots. It is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages, from young kids to adults. The arena runs on a mission-based system, so guests can choose how many rounds they want to play. The facility also offers unlimited play passes and weekday specials, making it easy to settle in for a longer session. Regulars can level up with the Phazer Kraze Player Card, which offers savings on every visit, rewards, and member-only perks.

Birthday Parties Built Around the Action

Birthdays are a big part of what Phazer Kraze does, and the venue offers two custom party packages. The Gold Adventure includes a private party room for two hours, two laser tag passes per guest, pizza and a drink for each guest, tableware, and a pre-loaded arcade card with credits and tickets for the guest of honor. The Platinum Adventure steps things up with three laser tag passes per guest while keeping the same private room, food, and arcade perks. Both packages let the birthday guest of honor play for free, and the private party rooms give families a comfortable space to gather between rounds. The cost scales with the number of guests, so groups of different sizes can find a fit. Reviews from parents repeatedly mention how smooth and fun the experience is, even with large groups of excited kids.

Arcade Games and Extra Entertainment

Beyond the laser tag arena, Phazer Kraze operates a full arcade with a range of games that earn tickets and prizes. Arcade credits can be added to player cards, and several of the weekly specials bundle laser tag rounds with pre-loaded arcade credit, so guests can enjoy both activities in one visit. The arcade adds a nostalgic, low-pressure way to round out the day after the adrenaline of the arena. The facility also has private party rooms available for rent, which work well for celebrations, team gatherings, and group events. With free Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessibility, and contactless payment options, the space is set up to be convenient and welcoming for a wide range of visitors.

Friendly Staff and a Welcoming Atmosphere

A recurring theme in guest feedback is the quality of the staff. Reviewers describe the crew as kind, accommodating, and patient, particularly when handling large birthday parties and groups of young players. The team is credited with keeping events organized and fun, which is a big reason families return year after year and why out-of-town relatives make it a regular stop. The venue is described as a safe, clean location with an affordable price point. It has earned a “Best of Tennessee” nominee badge and maintains strong ratings across review platforms, with many guests noting it stands out among laser tag venues they have visited in other states.

A Fit for Families, Teams, and Celebrations

Phazer Kraze is well suited to a variety of occasions. It is a natural choice for kids’ birthday parties, but it also works for corporate events, team-building outings, date nights, and girls’ nights out. The combination of laser tag, arcade games, and private rooms gives groups plenty of ways to spend an afternoon or evening together. Because the venue is open seven days a week and offers flexible pricing, it is easy to drop in for a quick game or plan a full event. Whether the goal is a high-energy team activity or a relaxed family outing, the space is designed to deliver an engaging, memorable experience for everyone involved.
