The Deluxe and Premium packages expand capacity to 21 gamers and blend room-scale with active VR experiences. All packages include a dedicated party host, music, a VR Playground, air hockey, a selfie photo booth, and a return pass for the guest of honor. For larger gatherings, the venue itself can be rented for events hosting up to 75 guests, with optional add-ons like catering, DJ services, linen, and bar arrangements.

The staff at VR Life Arcade is a small, self-owned team of 2–10 employees who handle everything from setup and game guidance to party hosting and cleanup. Each party booking comes with a dedicated host whose job is to make sure the event runs smoothly — managing game rotations, keeping the energy up, and handling the details so guests can focus on having fun. The team also runs a parallel STEM education initiative called VR Edutainment, offering after-school programs and workshops that use virtual reality to teach science, technology, engineering, and math to inner-city youth.

Beyond the gaming floor, VR Life Arcade features a lounge area and a private party room that can be decorated for celebrations.
