PINSTACK San Antonio

Two PINSTACK Centers for San Antonio Bowling and Laser Tag Fans

PINSTACK has two centers in San Antonio, one in the Park North shopping center on Loop 410 near Blanco Road and one in the Rim area along Interstate 10 West. The Park North center opened in November 2022 as the company’s first in south-central Texas. North Rim followed in 2024 as the sixth PINSTACK location in the country. Both are part of a Texas-born brand that calls itself a bowling and active entertainment destination.

Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, and a High Ropes Course

Each center has a laser tag arena, and the North Rim arena is described as two levels. Players tag opponents with infrared blasters, move between floors, and score points for their teams. A minimum age of 6 is usually listed for laser tag. The game room also includes bumper cars, a rock climbing wall, and a high ropes course that stretches about 20 feet above the floor. Climbers and rope walkers can look down on hundreds of video games and simulators.

28 Lanes at Park North and SPARK Bowling at North Rim

The Park North center covers more than 50,000 square feet and has 28 bowling lanes with lane-side dining. A VIP suite with 16 private lanes and banquet space suits groups, and a climate-controlled patio is available. A new Krazy Darts attraction has been added. The North Rim center covers more than 54,000 square feet and uses the SPARK interactive experience on its VIP lanes. Both centers offer bowling with lane-side food service, so guests do not need to leave their lanes to eat.

Birthdays for Ages 4 to 17 and Corporate Events

Kids’ birthday parties are available for guests 18 and under, with packages that combine bowling, arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, and rock climbing. Each package includes time in a private party room, pizza or chicken tenders, and unlimited soft drinks. Party listings say the venue handles groups of 10 to 50 children. Group and corporate events are a specialty, with private lanes, private rooms with full audio-video capability, and in-house catering. Only birthday cakes are allowed from outside the venue.

A Full Bar and Restaurant With Weekday Happy Hours

The restaurant serves casual American food, and the bar offers 24 draft beers, 12 keg wines, and craft cocktails. A weekday happy hour runs from 4 to 7 pm with discounted pints, wine, and margaritas. Reviewers describe the staff as attentive and the atmosphere as lively and family friendly, though they note that it can be loud and that prices run higher than at casual family spots.
