Amped Airsoft Arena

Amped Airsoft Arena sits in Pittsburgh’s West End, at 2250 Noblestown Rd., a short drive from downtown. It’s the city’s newest multi-level indoor airsoft field, purpose-built for close-quarters battle (CQB) and open to players of all ages and skill levels.

Two Stories of Close-Quarters Combat

The heart of the club is a two-story indoor arena designed around fast, intense CQB play. With multiple levels, stairways, rooms, and realistic obstacles, the layout rewards movement, communication, and smart angles rather than just raw firepower. The multi-floor design means players can shoot up and down stairwells, hold rooms, and push through tight corridors, giving every match a distinctly urban, tactical feel. The arena is fully equipped for serious play, with chronographing on site, velocity limits, and mandatory full-face protection to keep things fair and safe. HPA (high-pressure air) systems are allowed, and the field provides BBs during chronographing so every replica is checked consistently before anyone steps onto the floor.

Game Modes for Every Style of Player

The club runs a rotating slate of game modes that keeps every session fresh. Capture the Flag is a staple, while dedicated Milsim nights bring a more structured, scenario-driven experience for players who want a deeper tactical challenge. There are also themed events like the “Escape The Arena” Halloween special, which adds a fun, seasonal twist to the usual rotation. For newcomers and younger players, Youth Nights on the first and third Friday of each month offer a safe, welcoming introduction to airsoft, letting beginners experience indoor CQB at their own pace. Open play sessions on Saturdays and Sundays give walk-ons a chance to jump straight into the action, while Friday nights are reserved for open-play airsoft for the regular crowd.

Gear, Rentals, and the On-Site Pro Shop

You don’t need to own a single piece of gear to play. Rental packages include an M4-style airsoft rifle, unlimited BB ammo, a high-capacity magazine, and a battery, with optional full-face masks and protective vests available as add-ons. For players who want something more specialized, HPA shotgun and HPA MTW9 rentals can be arranged in person. The on-site pro shop and skilled technicians round out the experience, offering gear, parts, and service for players who bring their own equipment. HPA users can top off their tanks at the field’s air fill station, with single fills and a reusable 10-punch punch card available.

Parties, Events, and Team Building

Beyond open play, Amped Airsoft Arena is a popular spot for birthdays, corporate events, and team-building outings. Party packages include a four-hour slot, access to a private party room, and rental equipment for ten people, with additional players added on for a fee. The club offers three distinct party styles — airsoft, low-impact gel ball, and Nerf — so groups can pick the intensity level that fits. For those who’d rather host at home, the club’s Mobile Nerf Party service brings inflatable barriers, blasters, darts, and safety glasses directly to your yard, park, school, or church. Packages scale from smaller gatherings to large events, and the team handles setup, game management, and cleanup so hosts can simply enjoy the day.

Built for Players, by Players

The club’s motto — “for the players, by the players” — shows in how it’s run. Staff and referees enforce clear, consistent rules around safety, hit-calling, and conduct, with a fair escalation system that keeps the field respectful and fun. The emphasis on safety, from mandatory eye protection to strict chronographing, makes it a comfortable place for first-timers while still offering enough depth to satisfy experienced players. With its multi-level arena, on-site shop, rental program, and event spaces, Amped Airsoft Arena has become a genuine hub for Pittsburgh’s airsoft community — a place where casual players, competitive regulars, and families all find something to enjoy.
