About

Step Into Another World — Literally

From the outside, Amped Virtual Reality looks like a modest storefront in a strip plaza. Step through the door, though, and you are transported into a black-lit gaming space that feels like another dimension. The center features two large rooms lined with individual VR stations, each marked by a white cube for seating, a high-end headset, and an overhead screen so everyone watching can follow along with the action. With over 40 different experiences to choose from, the catalog spans everything from heart-pounding adventures to creative, laid-back explorations. Whether you are scaling cliffs in The Climb, swimming with dolphins, walking with dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Blue, or racing friends in Blaze Rush, there is something here for every kind of player.

Games, Escape Rooms, and Free-Roam Adventures

The heart of Amped VR lies in its multiplayer experiences. Groups can dive into cooperative or competitive gameplay across a wide library of titles — Beat Saber, Minecraft, Angry Birds, Spider-Man, Apollo 11, and many more. Beyond standard station-based play, the venue offers fully immersive VR Escape Rooms with 12 different themed scenarios, including Alice in Wonderland, Sanctum, Mission Sigma, Cyberpunk, Jungle Quest, Survival, Signal Lost, Chernobyl, The Prison, and the House of Fear series for those who enjoy a good scare. For a more physical experience, the Hero Zone delivers free-roam VR where up to 8 participants can move around untethered, engaging in dynamic, room-scale adventures that blur the line between the virtual and the real.

Built for Celebrations, Team Building, and Learning

Amped VR is a natural fit for birthdays, corporate events, team-building outings, and even date nights. The staff is experienced in hosting groups of all sizes, and the space can be rented exclusively for larger parties. Five different party package levels are available, each including pizza and drinks along with dedicated time in a private party room. For younger children, the center also offers Robotech parties where each guest builds their own robot. Beyond parties, Amped runs summer camps and STEM classes for ages 8–13, focusing on 3D printing, coding, robotics, and educational VR. Schools can even arrange field trips to the center, or the team can bring VR directly to the classroom for virtual tours of space, the oceans, and the seven wonders of the world.

Knowledgeable Staff and a Welcoming Vibe

The team at Amped VR is consistently praised by visitors for being friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the equipment, guide first-timers through their experience, and ensure everyone feels comfortable regardless of age or gaming background. The atmosphere is relaxed and inclusive — the kind of place where a grandparent can try Google Earth VR while a teenager battles aliens in the next station. Adaptive equipment is available for guests with cognitive, autism spectrum, or developmental disabilities, making the experience accessible to a wide range of visitors.

A Lounge Area and Room to Relax

After an immersive VR session, guests can unwind in the on-site lounge and recreation area. The party room is available for groups who book packages, providing a comfortable space to enjoy pizza, drinks, and conversation before or after gaming. The venue is designed to accommodate both the excitement of gameplay and the need for a calm place to recharge, making it an excellent choice for group outings where socializing is just as important as the activity itself.
