Balls and Bruises

Balls & Bruises is located in Spring, Texas, along the I-45 corridor in the greater Houston area. The facility opened its doors in February 2020 and has been serving paintball and airsoft enthusiasts ever since.

An Outdoor Playground for Tactical Sports

Balls & Bruises is a 20-acre outdoor paintball and airsoft facility featuring eight themed courses spread across a densely forested property. The terrain includes natural wooded areas combined with man-made fortifications such as air bunkers, wooden walls, and barrel barricades. Players can navigate through the Pipeline, Airball, Knock Knock, and Four Corners adventures, each offering a distinct tactical experience. The facility uses Planet Eclipse markers for paintball, known for their reliability and performance. Games are played in the great outdoors, giving players a genuine field experience that indoor arenas simply cannot replicate. The wooded setting adds an extra layer of strategy, as players must use natural cover alongside the constructed obstacles.

Paintball and Airsoft for Every Skill Level

The club offers both traditional paintball and airsoft gameplay. Paintball is available for players aged 14 and up, with a low-impact version available for children as young as 7. Airsoft is available for players aged 18 and up. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned veteran, the facility accommodates walk-on players as well as private groups. For groups, the club provides private referees who guide players through the games and ensure safety protocols are followed. Group packages include all rental equipment and a specified number of paintballs or airsoft rounds, making it easy for newcomers to jump right in without needing to purchase their own gear.

Scenarios, Events, and Celebrations

Balls & Bruises is well-suited for a variety of occasions, including birthday parties, corporate team-building events, and group outings. The facility offers party packages for both paintball and airsoft, with options for low-impact paintball parties (best for ages 7-12), standard paintball parties (best for ages 13 and up), and airsoft parties (ages 10 and up). The staff has over 20 years of combined experience in the paintball and airsoft industry. Reviews consistently highlight the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, with referees praised for their clear explanations and guidance, especially for first-time players. The facility is family-oriented and welcomes players of all experience levels.

On-Site Amenities and Comfort

The facility offers on-site food and beverages, so players can refuel between games without leaving the property. Parking is available on-site, and the venue is accessible. The outdoor setting provides a relaxed, casual atmosphere where players can gather between matches, share stories, and enjoy the day. For those planning a party or special event, reservations can be made in advance online or by phone.
