About

Digital Worlds VR sits in the Cool Springs district of Franklin, Tennessee, a short drive from Nashville, tucked into a modern retail and office corridor off Mallory Lane.

A Library of Worlds, Not Just Games

The arcade curates a deep catalog of more than 80 virtual reality titles, and the staff clearly enjoys steering guests toward the standouts. You can free-climb sheer rock faces with nothing but your own nerve, duel in the slow-motion paintball of Blaston, or take on a 200-foot mech in a Spider-Man-style boss fight. Co-op zombie shooters set in dark subway tunnels and action-packed John Wick-style shooters round out the adrenaline side of the menu. For those who prefer gentler thrills, there are 28 escape rooms that each solve in ten to fifteen minutes, so nobody feels trapped in a single puzzle for an hour. Guests can also fly over the entire Earth like Superman, visiting countries, monuments, and even their old neighborhoods through Google Earth VR. Party games get their own spotlight too, with absurd mini-games that swing from balancing on a pig guided by a carrot to shooting burgers out of the sky with a bow and arrow.

Seven Stations Built for Shared Play

The playing floor is organized around seven VR stations, each roughly 100 square feet, giving players room to move without bumping into one another. Every station is paired with a 55-inch TV, so friends, family, and coworkers can watch the action live while they wait their turn. The whole arcade functions as one open space rather than a set of closed booths, which keeps the energy social and lets spectators cheer on whoever is inside the headset. Because multiplayer sessions require multiple stations, the layout is designed for groups to play against each other in the same room. The space is kept clean and well-maintained, and the gear is set up so that even first-timers can step in and start playing quickly.

Private Events Where the Whole Arcade Is Yours

For birthdays, bachelor parties, corporate gatherings, and team-building days, the entire location can be booked out. There is no separate party room — the whole arcade becomes the party room, with a table and tablecloth provided for food, snacks, cake, and presents. Four ottoman benches and folding chairs give people a place to sit between turns, and the crew handles decoration setup, teardown, and cleanup after the event. The staff even helps carry things back to cars at the end. For adult birthday parties and corporate events, guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. A nearby Pizza Twist, just thirty seconds away, offers a discount on pizzas ordered for arcade parties. The team suggests adding thirty minutes to a reservation whenever food, cake, and gift opening are planned, so the fun doesn’t feel rushed.

A Crew That Knows Its Gear

The arcade is run by owner Craig, who personally sets high scores in several games and challenges visitors to beat them for prizes like buy-one-get-one coupons or even a free hour of VR. The staff is described in reviews as friendly and patient, comfortable guiding newcomers through their first VR experience and helping groups pick the right games for their skill level. The team also stays ahead of the technology curve, testing new hardware like haptic feedback vests, capacitive touch controllers, foot trackers, and full-motion driving simulator chairs. Regulars can join the UNLOCKED membership, which includes free monthly VR hours, discounted happy-hour sessions after 6 PM, referral credits, and early access to new gear and member-only experiences.

More Than a Game Stop

Beyond the headsets, Digital Worlds VR works well as a venue for date nights, family outings, church groups, and Boy Scout troops. The arcade has earned local recognition, including a spot in Thrillist’s list of Nashville’s coolest and most romantic date ideas and a mention among Franklin’s family-friendly game and entertainment centers. It’s the kind of place where a hockey team from Colorado can roll in for a party and everyone leaves talking about the same wild moment.
