Elite Paintball

Lubbock’s Own Paintball Field

Elite Paintball is located in Lubbock, Texas. The field is run by owner Doug Bryant, who bought the original field and grew it into a full facility. The club recently moved to a new site with upgraded courses, and it describes itself as Lubbock’s only paintball field, open to casual players and organized events.

Speedball, Hyperball, and Four Recreation Fields

The facility offers a mix of field types: a speedball field, a hyperball field, and four recreation fields. Speedball and hyperball are fast formats with inflatable bunkers, where players slide, dive, and push quickly. The recreation fields give relaxed groups room for more casual games. A visitor in April 2026 praised the facility for its good variety of field types. This lets first-time players and tournament regulars both find a field that fits their level.

A Home for Competitive Teams and Tournaments

Elite Paintball is also a base for tournament paintball in West Texas. The owner’s junior team, Twisted Elite, was ranked No. 1 in Texas in its series, and the club hosts the West Texas Tournament Series, a 3-man format that has run several events a year. New players benefit from this, too. The team captain has said that experienced players are ready to teach newcomers, and the club wants to grow the sport in Lubbock.

Open Play, Private Parties, and Rental Gear

Open play is designed for walk-on players and small groups with no appointment needed. A session lasts two hours and includes the field fee, air refills, a rental marker, tank, loader, safety mask, and 200 paintballs. Players who bring their own equipment pay only a field and air fee. Private parties are available for birthdays, corporate outings, and other groups, with per-person pricing. Players must buy field paint only, because outside paintballs are not permitted.

A Pro Shop and Weekend Hours

The on-site pro shop sells paintball gear, and reviewers describe it as awesome for anything paintball-related. Anyone who buys a complete setup there gets a month of free entry. The field is open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and groups can book private events in advance.
