Kidz Place Family Fun Center

Kidz Place Family Fun Center is located in Limerick, Pennsylvania, along West Ridge Pike in the northwestern corner of Montgomery County, not far from the Phoenixville and Collegeville areas.

One Big Playground Under One Roof

Kidz Place is a family entertainment center that packs a surprising amount of activity into a single, spacious building. The centerpiece attractions include Blacklight Mini-Golf, a glowing twist on the classic game, plus Mini-Bowling lanes and a large arcade stocked with new games. For younger visitors, there is a huge indoor playground and a dedicated toddler soft-play area filled with tunnels, tubes, and slides, so even the smallest guests have a safe place to burn off energy. The venue describes itself as a safe, clean, and friendly environment, and the layout is designed so families can move easily between attractions throughout a visit. Guests can spend unlimited time in the general arcade area after their scheduled activities, which makes it easy to stretch a visit into a full afternoon.

Laser Tag With Special Effects

Laser Tag is one of the most popular draws at Kidz Place. Players suit up with a laser vest and step into a special-effects-filled arena where they blast opponents while working toward the top of the high score board. The arena is designed for fast, action-packed rounds that appeal to both kids and adults, making it a favorite for families who want a little friendly competition. Alongside laser tag, the Balladium offers a different kind of action: an interactive ball-blasting game played in an eye-popping blacklight arena. Players load their air cannons and race to outscore the opposing team before time runs out. Both games are team-oriented and work well for groups that want to split into sides and go head-to-head.

Parties With a Personal Touch

Birthday parties are a core part of what Kidz Place does. Every party comes with its own dedicated Party Leader for two hours, along with a themed private party room. The themed rooms include Ocean, Alien, Pirate, Princess, and Jungle options, so families can pick a setting that matches the guest of honor’s interests. The party package includes pizza, soft drinks, chips, paper products, setup and cleanup, plus a game card for each guest to use on arcade games and mini-bowling. After the time in the private party room, everyone can head out to the general arcade area for unlimited play. Party discounts are available Tuesday through Thursday, and the packages are customizable, letting families choose between attractions like Jungle Gym, Mini-Golf, Bowling, Balladium, or Laser Tag. The center also hosts group events, making it a practical spot for school groups, scouts, and other organized outings.

More Than Just Games

Beyond the attractions, Kidz Place has an on-site cafe where families can grab food and drinks between activities. The private party rooms double as comfortable gathering spaces, giving hosts a place to settle in for the meal portion of an event while the party leader manages the schedule. The combination of a cafe, arcade, and multiple activity zones means there is always something to do, whether guests are waiting for their turn at laser tag or taking a break from the jungle gym. The venue is best suited to children’s birthday parties and family outings, though its group packages also make it a workable option for team-building events and school celebrations. The staff includes trained party leaders who handle the logistics of each event, allowing parents and hosts to relax and enjoy the day rather than manage every detail.

What to Know Before You Go

The jungle gym is a four-level maze, and socks are required for that attraction, so it is worth bringing a pair along. The toddler area is a miniature version of the jungle gym, letting younger siblings join in safely. Because the center is indoor, it is a dependable choice for rainy or cold days when outdoor play is not an option. The venue emphasizes cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is described as friendly and attentive to families.
