Laser Web Dayton

Where You’ll Find It

Laser Web Dayton sits in the Normandy Square Shopping Center in Centerville, a short drive south of downtown Dayton, Ohio. It’s a family-run entertainment venue that has become a familiar stop for locals looking for an active indoor afternoon.

A Three-Dimensional Battlefield

The heart of the club is a roughly 5,000 square foot laser tag arena with upper-level platforms and an open grid floor that allows for true three-dimensional play. The space is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, special lighting effects, game enhancement modules, real-time scoring, fog, a video monitoring system, and a dynamic sound system, all working together to create an immersive experience. Games run about 20 minutes from briefing to completion, and new missions start every 20 minutes from opening until closing, so walk-ins rarely wait long. The marshals offer a wide range of modes, including team games, solo play, and zombie infection, and they’ll work with each group to pick a format that suits everyone. Players must be at least six years old.

More Than Just Laser Tag

Beyond the arena, the club has a growing virtual reality attraction with a library that includes Space Pirate Trainer, The Lab, Job Simulator, Fruit Ninja VR, Tilt Brush, Climbey, theBlu, and an in-house flight experience called UltraWings. A marshal helps each player get started and stays nearby for support. There’s also a laser maze challenge with four difficulty levels where players race to cross the room while avoiding beams, plus an arcade mixing brand-new and classic games and a snack bar. The combination makes it easy to fill a whole afternoon with different activities.

Built for Celebrations and Team Days

Birthday parties are a specialty here, with brightly colored private party rooms, specially trained party hosts, and options to add made-to-order pizza, soft drinks, and birthday cake. The venue also hosts corporate and business events, offering game modes designed to encourage teamwork and strategic thinking, and it runs all-night lock-in events for youth organizations. Fundraisers are welcome too, and the team will customize a private event around a group’s objectives. They can handle gatherings as small as a handful of people and as large as over a hundred, making it a flexible spot for school groups, sports teams, family gatherings, and business team-building outings.

The People Behind the Fun

The staff is a big part of what keeps visitors coming back. Trained party hosts look after celebrations from start to finish, while game marshals guide players through the arena and VR experiences, helping newcomers get comfortable with the equipment. Reviews consistently mention friendly, knowledgeable employees who take the time to explain the games clearly and resolve any issues quickly.

A Place to Relax Between Rounds

Between missions, guests can settle into the private party rooms or the comfortable waiting area, which is handy for parents with younger children. The snack bar serves made-to-order pizza, soft pretzels, nachos, hot chocolate, candy, and healthier options like fresh fruit cups and smoothies, so there’s something to keep everyone energized before the next game.
