Main Event Lewisville

Where Main Event Lewisville Calls Home

Main Event Lewisville sits along South Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) in Lewisville, Texas, in Denton County just north of Dallas. This is the original Main Event center, the place where the whole chain was born back in 1998, when the founders set out to create something friendlier and more inviting than the dusty, league-driven bowling centers of the past. Today it stands as a large, weatherproof entertainment hub that brings bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and much more together under one roof. It is easy to reach for families and groups from Lewisville and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth suburbs.

A Multi-Level Laser Tag Arena Built for All-Out Competition

The centerpiece of the venue is its multi-level, black-light laser tag arena. Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with fog, neon lighting, and fantasy-style decorations filling a space designed for dodging, hiding, strategizing, and firing. Players climb over hurdles, weave around obstacles, and ascend to higher levels to tag opponents and rack up points. Games run in both team and free-for-all modes, so guests can plot with their crew or go solo against the whole arena. Sessions typically last 10 to 15 minutes including instructions and equipment setup, and there is a 42-inch height requirement for players. The arena works well for kids, adults, and mixed groups alike, making it a favorite for birthday parties and friendly competition.

Bowling, Arcade, and More Under One Roof

Beyond laser tag, the venue offers state-of-the-art bowling lanes with electronic scoring, surround sound, and cosmic bowling, plus shoe and ball rentals for those who need them. The arcade gallery features more than 100 of the latest interactive video games, and there are also billiards, shuffleboard, black-light mini golf, virtual reality experiences, and a gravity ropes course. This variety means there is genuinely something for every age and skill level. Beginners can enjoy bumper bowling lanes, while pros can challenge themselves on tournament-ready lanes, and everyone can take a break between activities to explore the arcade or try a round of mini golf.

Celebrations, Corporate Events, and Team Building

Main Event Lewisville is a popular spot for birthdays, school events, corporate gatherings, and team-building outings. Birthday packages come with a dedicated party host, a reserved party space, food, and game play, with options ranging from a single activity to fully loaded celebrations that include bowling, laser tag, and arcade time. For businesses, the venue offers corporate event packages, meeting space, and team-building programs designed to combine fun with food. Group packages can be customized to fit any budget, and each one includes a dedicated host who handles the details so organizers can relax and enjoy the day.

The People Who Make the Fun Happen

The venue is staffed by passionate, friendly team members who are known for making sure everyone has a good time. Reviews frequently mention staff members going out of their way to keep games running smoothly and to help guests enjoy their laser tag sessions and parties. Each event also comes with a dedicated party host and access to event planners who help tailor the experience to the group. From greeting guests at the door to running the games and serving food, the team is focused on creating lasting memories for families, friends, and coworkers.

Places to Relax and Refuel

When it is time to take a break, guests can head to the on-site restaurant and bar, which serves chef-inspired meals, pizza, burgers, wings, and more. Laneside food service brings menu favorites straight to the bowling lane, so players do not have to pause the game to eat. There are also private party rooms and banquet spaces for birthdays, corporate events, and league gatherings, along with a high-energy bar with large TVs for adults. This combination of dining, lounging, and private event space makes it easy to turn a few hours of play into a full day out.
