Main Event Murfreesboro

Where You’ll Find It

Main Event Murfreesboro sits in the Gresham Park area of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a convenient spot for families across Rutherford County and the greater Nashville region. The venue anchors a busy commercial stretch that’s easy to reach from the city’s main thoroughfares.

A Multi-Story Battlefield for Laser Tag

The heart of the venue is its multi-story laser tag arena, an immersive, dimly lit space where players gear up with taggers and hit-detectors to navigate a maze of levels and cover. It’s a tactical game that rewards strategy and teamwork as much as quick reflexes, with coaching on hand to help newcomers learn the ropes before the first mission begins. Each laser tag mission runs about fifteen minutes, and the arena supports a range of scenarios that keep repeat visits feeling fresh. The multi-level layout gives players plenty of room to plan flanks, hold positions, and chase high scores, making it a favorite for both kids’ birthday crowds and adult groups looking for a little friendly competition.

Bowling, Arcade, and Gravity Ropes Under One Roof

Beyond laser tag, the venue packs in a state-of-the-art bowling alley with professional-level lanes, complete with dragon ramps so even the youngest bowlers can knock down pins. The arcade gallery features more than a hundred modern and retro games, from classic favorites to the latest interactive titles, all running on a reloadable FUNcard system that rewards larger loads with bonus credits. For those who want to climb, the gravity ropes course adds a vertical challenge, while billiards tables round out the lineup for a more laid-back game. Between the bowling, arcade, ropes, and laser tag, there’s easily enough to fill an entire afternoon without repeating the same activity twice.

Parties, Corporate Events, and Team Building

Main Event Murfreesboro is built around celebrations, with a range of birthday packages that include reserved party space, a dedicated party host, food, drinks, and activity credits. The all-access passes bundle bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, and billiards into a single price, which makes them a natural fit for group outings where everyone wants a little of everything. The same setup translates well to corporate events and team-building days, where groups can rotate through activities and then gather for a meal. The venue’s event coordinators can tailor packages for larger groups, making it a practical choice for school groups, sports teams, and workplace gatherings that need both structure and fun.

A Full-Service Restaurant and Lounge to Wind Down

When the adrenaline fades, the full-service restaurant takes over, offering a menu that spans kid-friendly favorites like pizza, sliders, and chicken dippers alongside more substantial burgers and shareable appetizers. Fountain drinks come with free refills, and the bar serves up custom cocktails and domestic drafts for the adults in the group. The dining space doubles as a comfortable rest area between activities, giving families a place to refuel and compare scores before heading back out onto the floor. It’s this mix of high-energy play and relaxed dining that makes the venue feel like a complete day out rather than just a single attraction.

Friendly Staff and a Welcoming Atmosphere

The staff at Main Event Murfreesboro are a big part of what keeps the place running smoothly, from the dedicated party hosts who manage birthday celebrations to the coaches who brief players before laser tag missions. The team is experienced at handling groups of all ages, which takes much of the stress out of planning a visit. The atmosphere is bright, energetic, and family-oriented, with something to engage every age group at once. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone birthday, organizing a corporate retreat, or just looking for a lively weekend outing, the venue’s combination of attractions and hospitality makes it a dependable choice in the Murfreesboro area.
