QuickShot Paintball & Airsoft

QuickShot Paintball & Airsoft sits along Route 206 in Shamong, New Jersey, in the quiet woodlands of South Jersey’s Pine Barrens. It has been a fixture of the local paintball scene for more than 15 years, and today it operates as both a paintball park and a full airsoft destination, with a large pro shop, on-site food, and a separate wooded airsoft field run under the “Warzone” banner.

Seven Fields, One Big Backyard

The heart of QuickShot is its collection of paintball fields, which the park describes as seven distinct playing areas spanning woodsball, speedball, and tournament-style layouts. Players who bring their own gear can jump into open play on Saturdays and Sundays, while those new to the sport can rent top-of-the-line markers and walk straight onto the field. The variety means a casual first-timer and a seasoned tournament player can both find a spot that suits them. The fields themselves are maintained with fresh grass and clean, well-kept bunkers, and the speedball setup has earned a reputation among local players as a world-class, competitive venue. For those who prefer a more natural setting, the woodsball fields offer plenty of cover and room to move. It’s the kind of place where you can spend an entire day rotating between very different styles of play without ever feeling like you’ve seen it all.

An Airsoft Town and the Warzone

Beyond paintball, QuickShot runs a dedicated airsoft town on the main property, a built-out urban-style field that gives airsoft players a change of pace from open woodland. For those who want an even more serious, milsim-style experience, the park sponsors the Warzone Airsoft Field just down the road on Old Indian Mills Road — a newer, heavily wooded field packed with structures and hiding spots that rewards tactical thinking and careful movement. Airsoft at QuickShot uses 6mm plastic BBs and full-scale replicas of real-world weapons, so there’s no paint to clean up afterward. The park carries what it calls the largest inventory of airsoft gear on the East Coast, and its gun technicians can service everything from brand-new markers to older models. Whether you’re into CQB-style play or long woods games, there’s a field built for it.

Something for Every Age and Skill Level

Not everyone is ready for full-speed paintball, and QuickShot has built its lineup around that reality. Low-impact paintball uses smaller, lighter, more fragile paintballs that travel at lower velocity and sting far less on impact, making it a natural entry point for younger players and first-timers. Gel blasters take it a step further, firing hydrated water gel balls with a soft impact that’s designed specifically for kids — the park even highlights its kid-friendly referees for these games. This layered approach means a family with children of very different ages can all play on the same day, each at a level that feels comfortable. It also makes the park a practical choice for youth groups and school outings, where safety and fun need to go hand in hand. The emphasis on safety runs through everything, from the quality of the rental goggles to the training of the game referees.

More Than Just a Battlefield

A day at QuickShot doesn’t end when the last game is over. The on-site pro shop carries a huge selection of paintball and airsoft guns, protective eyewear, vests, uniforms, and accessories, and it’s open through the week for anyone who wants to shop or get gear serviced. Right across Route 206, Mighty Joe’s Deli & Grill serves up fried foods, made-to-order pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee, and drinks — a full-service stop that also includes a gas station and convenience store. For players who want to make the most of their time, the park offers unlimited air fills with most packages, so you’re never waiting on a tank. The combination of a well-stocked shop, a real kitchen next door, and a comfortable outdoor setting makes it easy to turn a morning of play into a full day out with friends or family.

Built for Groups and Celebrations

QuickShot is clearly set up to host groups of all kinds. Its private party packages — for paintball, low-impact paintball, airsoft, and gel blasters — come with a dedicated referee for your group, reserved fields, and shared ammunition, with extra players added at a per-person rate. The park welcomes birthday parties, corporate team-building events, youth groups, bachelor parties, and church groups, and it will open any day of the week for a reservation of ten or more people. The dedicated referees and private-group setup make it a particularly good fit for corporate outings and team building, where the goal is as much about camaraderie as competition. Between the fresh air, the exercise, and the shared adrenaline of a good game, it’s the kind of activity that leaves a group with stories to tell long after the paint has washed off.
