Texas Legends Paintball is located in The Woodlands area of North Houston, just minutes from the communities of Conroe and Spring. The park sits on Ponderosa Timbers Drive, tucked into the green spaces of the Greater Houston region.

Six Fields, Endless Battle Scenarios

The park features six distinct playing areas: four unique terrain fields and two high-energy speedball air courses. The Castle field is a fortress-style arena with man-made walls, bunkers, and graveyard tombstones where one team defends while the other storms the stronghold. The Wall field splits down the middle with a central obstacle wall and bunkers scattered throughout, perfect for flag capture missions and elimination games. The Transit field offers high-mobility gameplay through doors, barrels, and structures that demand constant movement and communication. The Woods field delivers classic woods-ball with flanking routes, varied cover, and a trench running down the middle for players who prefer a natural setting. Each field is staged for unique scenarios that keep groups of any size entertained all day. Games rotate through the various maps during public sessions, while private groups can choose their preferred battlefield. The two speedball air courses cater to competitive players and tournament enthusiasts, offering fast-paced, structured play.

From Gelly Ball to Tournament Play

Texas Legends offers a full spectrum of paintball experiences. Traditional .68 caliber paintball is the main draw, with walk-on sessions and private group play available. For younger players, Gelly Ball uses soft, squishy gel balls that dissolve on impact — no pain, just fun — with markers that hold up to 750 rounds of ammo. Kids as young as four or five can join the action with Gelly Ball, while public paintball events require players to be at least 10 years old. Airsoft packages are also available for private groups, complete with helmets, masks, rifles, magazines, and 15,000 BBs. The park uses biodegradable paint that washes out easily and won’t harm the environment. All paintballs must be purchased on-site to guarantee quality and safety. Walk-on play includes a minimum of 500 paintballs per player — more than most other fields in the area.

More Than a Paintball Park

The on-site Pro Shop stocks markers, masks, protective gear, paintballs, CO₂ and HPA tanks, hoppers, barrels, and all the small essentials for players who own their equipment. Skilled technicians handle marker repairs from basic fixes to complete overhauls, plus CO₂ and HPA refills while you wait. The shop also offers tank hydrostatic testing and certification for paintball, diving, and high-pressure bottles — a service required by DOT every five years. Colored smoke bombs are available for photo shoots, gender reveals, and adding tactical drama to games. The covered staging area includes picnic tables, shade, and fans, with free gas grills available for groups who want to make a day of it with a cookout. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome, and the staff can refrigerate cakes or ice cream for birthday celebrations.

Built for Celebrations and Team Building

Since 2008, Texas Legends has been hosting birthday parties, corporate team-building events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, school groups, and church youth outings. Birthday packages include private party zones, all-day admission, rental gear, and a dedicated party host. Corporate events focus on teamwork, communication, and trust-building in an action-packed outdoor setting. Youth groups benefit from a safe, supervised environment where leaders can encourage teamwork, build trust, and incorporate life lessons into the experience.
