About

The Lost City sits inside the Holland Town Center outlet mall on the north side of Holland, Michigan, across from the Star Theater entrance near the US-31 and James Street interchange.

 

A Laser Tag Center with Roots in 1995

The business started in 1995 as Laser Storm of Holland. In 1999 it moved to a larger space, grew its laser tag arena from 1,800 to 5,000 square feet and took the name The Lost City.

Over the years the owners dropped VR games and a simulator ride and turned the place into a family fun center. Laser tag stayed at the heart of it, with mini golf, mini bowling and an arcade built around the arena.

 

The Laserblast Arena

The arena covers 5,000 square feet on several levels, with ramps, towers and team bases that the other side tries to capture. Black lights, fog, music and lighting effects set the mood inside.

Players carry Laserblast phasers. A tagged player is knocked out for a few seconds and then returns to the game, so nobody sits on the sidelines for long. Every player gets a personal scorecard after each round.

 

Game Formats

Games run as team battles or free-for-all rounds. Guests can buy single games or bundle several rounds with mini golf, mini bowling and arcade credits.

On selected evenings the center runs a “Fire Till You Tire” session: a three-hour block of laser tag with mini golf and mini bowling for one price. Spots are limited and booked by phone.

 

Birthday Parties and Groups

Party rooms hold from 6 to 40 guests, and each party gets a party coach who runs the schedule. The larger packages combine several laser tag games with pizza, soda, arcade credits and prize tickets for the guest of honor.

The center also offers group rates for schools, churches, youth groups, sports teams and company team-building outings. Groups book ahead through an inquiry form on the website.

 

More Than Laser Tag

Between games, guests can play cosmic mini golf under black lights, try the Highway 66 mini-bowling lanes or spend credits in the video arcade, which has ticket games and a prize center.

The Oasis Cafe serves fresh-baked pizza, snacks and drinks, so a family or a party can spend a whole afternoon or evening in one place.
