Tidal Force VR is a free-roam, multiplayer virtual reality venue where you physically walk through the action rather than sitting still with a headset. The house builds all of its own experiences in-house rather than licensing third-party content, which gives each mission a distinct, handcrafted feel you won’t find elsewhere in the city. Sessions are private, so your group never gets mixed with strangers. The current lineup spans five distinct missions. Tidal Force drops your crew into a cryosleep awakening where something has gone very wrong aboard a ship. Space Defense is a fast-paced shooter where you defend a station against a drone fleet. Room K is a puzzle-heavy mission that turns out to be something other than what you signed up for. Viral drops a tactical team into a prison overrun by zombies with the goal of finding patient zero. Asteroid Skirmish pits two teams on separate platforms against each other in an asteroid field.

Built to Feel Real — The Arena

The venue operates three parallel free-roam rooms, each purpose-built for immersive movement. Because you are walking, crouching, and reaching in real space, the environments are designed with physical layouts that mirror the virtual world, so your body and your eyes stay in agreement. This is a big part of why motion sickness is reported in fewer than 1 in 2,500 guests. The space is fully privatizable, meaning a large group can secure the entire venue for themselves. The facility is on the second floor of an elevator building, making it accessible, and the rooms are sized to comfortably host crews of two to six players per session, with the whole venue scaling up to 54 participants for larger events.

From Cryosleep to Zombies — Popular Scenarios

Each mission runs between 20 and 40 minutes of game time, and sessions can be booked in one-to-three-hour blocks depending on how deep you want to go. The escape-room-style Room K and the zombie thriller Viral tend to be the crowd favorites for their story-driven tension, while Space Defense and Asteroid Skirmish are the go-to choices for quick, competitive rounds. The venue keeps a live “Hall of Fame” of high scores, so returning crews can chase leaderboard times and compare stats.
