Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Austin (South)

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park sits in the Cedar Park area of northwest Austin, Texas, along North Ranch Road 620, serving families from Leander, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, and North Austin. A second Austin location operates in the southern part of the city on South Pleasant Valley Road, with another park in nearby Bee Cave. The Cedar Park park is the flagship for the region and the one most often referred to simply as “Urban Air Austin.”

More Than a Trampoline Park

Urban Air has grown well beyond its trampoline roots into a full indoor adventure park. The Cedar Park location spans tens of thousands of square feet of climate-controlled space filled with wall-to-wall APEX trampolines, a Slam Dunk Zone, a tumble track called The Runway, and a Drop Zone. Visitors can also try the Sky Rider indoor zipline, which carries riders across the park at height, and a multi-level Ropes Course that challenges balance and nerve. The park also offers a Warrior Course for ninja-style obstacle runs, a Battle Beam over a foam pit, and a Tubes Indoor Playground that doubles as an obstacle course for younger guests. Climbing walls and the “Stairway to Heaven” add vertical challenges, while dodgeball courts on trampolines bring a competitive edge. The South Austin location adds laser tag, virtual reality, bowling, and arcade games to the mix, making each Austin-area park a slightly different experience.

Attractions That Keep You Moving

The layout is designed so that every corner holds a new activity, with open trampoline courts at the center and themed attractions spread around the edges. The APEX trampolines offer a large, open jumping surface, while the Slam Dunk Zone lets guests catch air and dunk like basketball all-stars. The Ropes Course and Sky Rider are suspended above the action, giving the space a lively, layered feel. Safety is a clear priority across all locations. Equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, height requirements vary by attraction, and grip socks are required for everyone on the courts. The park uses an “All Day Play Promise,” meaning a single ticket grants access to every attraction for the whole day without time limits, subject to capacity. If the park fills up and guests are asked to leave, they receive a free return pass valid for 30 days.

Birthdays and Group Celebrations

Birthday parties are a core part of the Urban Air experience, with packages designed for different ages and budgets. The Deluxe and Ultimate packages include access to the full range of attractions, while the newer Small Squad Party package is built for smaller, more intimate gatherings. Every party includes essentials like balloons, plates, napkins, forks, a birthday pennant, a t-shirt for the birthday kid, and a jump-back pass so the honoree can return for another visit. The park also hosts group events, team outings, and special events, and all celebrations are held indoors, making them weather-proof year-round. Party hosts handle setup and cleanup, and add-ons like pizza, Dippin’ Dots, cotton candy, goody bags, and Starbucks cold coffee can be added to personalize the day. The South Austin location specifically welcomes birthday parties, team events, and group bookings as well.

Fuel Up and Recharge

Between jumps, guests can rest and refuel at the on-site cafe, which serves pizza, fries, boneless wings, ICEEs, Dippin’ Dots, and fountain drinks. The cafe includes a sitting area where parents can relax and watch the action, and free WiFi is available. Party spaces range from a simple reserved table in the middle of the fun to a Private Room or VIP Suite with an HDTV for sports games and slideshows, plus pizzas included. The VIP Suite and Private Room upgrades come with a dedicated party host, tablecloth and runner, party favor scratch-offs, setup and cleanup, and two-hour rentals. These spaces give groups a comfortable home base for cake, presents, and downtime between activities, making the park a practical choice for birthdays, school groups, and family gatherings.

Friendly Faces and Safety First

The staff at Urban Air are trained to keep the park running smoothly, with party planners who guide families through booking and customization from start to finish. On the day of an event, enthusiastic hosts take care of the details so parents can focus on celebrating. The park’s reputation has earned it recognition as a top family destination, including being voted a best gym for kids and a best trampoline park by various publications. For those who visit often, the monthly membership offers unlimited visits at a lower cost than a single day ticket, with perks on birthdays, food, and beverages. The KidHub app lets guests skip the line and enter through the Fast Lane. With multiple Austin-area locations, year-round indoor play, and attractions for all ages, Urban Air works well for birthday parties, family outings, team-building events, and casual walk-in play.
