About

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is located at 12050 Hall Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan, serving the Warren, Macomb, Shelby Township, Troy, and broader Sterling Heights communities.

More Than Just Bounce — A Full Indoor Adventure Hub

Urban Air Sterling Heights has grown far beyond its trampoline roots into a full-scale indoor adventure park. The facility features an impressive lineup of attractions that includes indoor Go-Karts, Spin Zone and Flip Zone Bumper Cars, a Sky Rider indoor zipline, a multi-level Ropes Course, climbing walls, and the Leap of Faith platform drop. The Warrior Course challenges agility and endurance, while the Tubes Indoor Playground offers a soft, explorable playscape for younger visitors. For those looking to perfect their flips and tricks, the Pro Zone Performance Trampolines, Slam Dunk Zone, Runway tumble track, and Drop Zone airbag landing area provide plenty of space to practice. Virtual Reality experiences, Dodgeball on trampolines, and the Battle Beam (a balance-beam duel over a foam pit) round out the offerings. The park also features The APEX Trampolines that extend wall-to-wall for maximum jumping surface.

Built for Celebrations and Group Gatherings

Birthday parties are a core part of the Urban Air experience, with packages that include dedicated party hosts, reserved table or private room space, meal options, and all-day play access. The park offers three party tiers — Deluxe, Ultimate, and Platinum — each unlocking progressively more attractions. A Small Squad Party package is also available for more intimate celebrations. Beyond birthdays, the venue hosts school field trips, team-building events, corporate group outings, and private park rentals. The facility was specifically designed with group events in mind, and the co-owners have emphasized attracting middle and high school field trips, client appreciation events, and overnight and summer camp groups.

Membership That Makes Regular Visits Easy

For families who find themselves coming back again and again, Urban Air offers monthly memberships at three levels — Deluxe ($12.99/month), Ultimate ($16.99/month), and Platinum ($19.99/month). Each tier grants unlimited visits with access to the corresponding attractions, plus perks like member appreciation days, select weekly events, café discounts, a free snack or pizza slice on each visit, and 50% off admission for a friend on weekdays. Members also receive a merchandise discount and can add up to five extra guests to a paid birthday party. A Parent Pass membership can be added for $4.99 per month, allowing adults to jump alongside their children.

A Place That Welcomes All Ages and Abilities

The park has earned recognition from Shape Magazine as the Best Gym in America for Kids and has been voted Best Trampoline Park and Best Place to Take Energetic Kids. Visitors frequently note the staff’s attentiveness and willingness to accommodate children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. The park maintains clear height requirements for each attraction and offers a Shorty 40 pass for children 40 inches and under, ensuring even the youngest adventurers have age-appropriate options. The on-site Urban Café serves pizza, snacks, drinks, and treats like Dippin’ Dots and cotton candy, making it easy to refuel between activities without leaving the building.

A Locally Owned Franchise with Deep Community Roots

The Sterling Heights location is locally owned and operated by entrepreneurs Amer Batal and Wassem Ayar, who opened the park in October 2019. Despite a temporary closure during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, the park quickly rebounded and has since added major attractions like indoor Go-Karts in November 2022. The co-owners have described the park as a place to provide experiences rather than just entertainment, and the facility continues to invest in new attractions and community-focused programming. The park maintains an active social media presence and regularly updates its weekly activities schedule with recurring events designed to bring the community together.
