XTREME Airsoft Park

XTREME Airsoft Park & Store sits in the Raleigh area of north Memphis, tucked just off I-40 at 4010 Jackson Avenue, behind the market and down the hill. It’s a family-owned outdoor facility that has grown from a small community field into the go-to airsoft destination for the entire Mid-South.

Real Guns, Real Strategy, Real Fun

XTREME is Memphis’s only dedicated airsoft and gel blaster arena, and it plays by the day rather than by the hour. Public games run about 20 to 30 minutes each with short breaks in between, so you can cycle through match after match from open to close on a single admission. The lineup leans heavily on “Call of Duty”-style formats, and there are more than 100 game modes in rotation, from flag captures to prop-bomb objectives. What makes the experience feel fresh is that players get a say in what happens next. Game modes are player-voted, so the crowd shapes the day’s action. Whether you prefer sneaking through cover as a sniper or sprinting in for a run-and-gun push, the pace is yours to set. Airsoft BBs sting far less than paintballs, which keeps the action flowing and the downtime short.

A 32-Acre Playground Built for Every Style

The field sprawls across more than 32 acres, with enough room to host hundreds of players at once. The terrain mixes open stretches for full sprints with wooded, leafy areas where you can go quiet and pick your shots. There’s a variety of cover and natural obstacles that reward both aggressive play and careful planning, and the arenas are constantly being expanded and improved. Because the whole property sits within solid cell reception and close to the main street, it’s an easy place to navigate and stay connected. The facility also includes an on-site superstore that has grown into a full tactical shop, stocking guns, accessories, snacks, and drinks, so you can gear up before you head out onto the field.

Scenarios, Special Events, and Night Games

Beyond the everyday public games, XTREME is known for full-day events and occasional night operations, including themed gatherings like their Halloween event. Players can add extra layers to the action with tripwire claymores, grenades, smoke bombs, and riot shields, with air strikes on the way. These extras turn a standard skirmish into something closer to a real tactical operation. The park also runs a newer gel blaster program, a lighter, virtually painless combat sport that’s aimed at younger players who want the fun without the sting. It’s a gentler entry point into the sport and a big part of why the field appeals to families with kids as young as eight.

More Than a Game: Groups, Parties, and Training

XTREME positions itself as a venue for almost any kind of gathering. Weekend birthday groups can book flat-rate bundles, and there are group bundles for parties of ten or more. The park also handles corporate events, team building, bachelor parties, and even military and law enforcement CQB training, with custom pricing for very large groups and a price-match promise against similar venues in the Memphis area. All rental packages include full-day admission, and first-time players get a required safety pack that covers the essentials. The on-site store means you can grab drinks, snacks, and any extra gear right before you play, and the staff will work with you to find a date and schedule that fits your group.

Safety-First Staff and a Welcoming Community

The crew at XTREME is First Aid and CPR certified, with first aid kits and fire extinguishers on site, and safety referees roam the field during play. Players under 18 need a parent-signed waiver, and those under 13 must have a parent present. The staff are known for being friendly, informed, and efficient, and they take time to walk newcomers through the rules and gear so everyone feels confident before the first shot. Regulars describe the place as local, casual, and family friendly, with an owner who listens to players and keeps improving the fields. It’s the kind of spot where first-timers are welcomed warmly and where a large share of players come back again. For a birthday, a corporate outing, or just a weekend of action, XTREME Airsoft Park delivers a memorable day in the woods of north Memphis.
