Zero Latency Holland is located in Holland, Michigan, on Van Ommen Drive, just off the main commercial corridor of the city. It sits as the only free-roam virtual reality arena in West Michigan and the first of its kind in the entire state.

Players wear lightweight, adjustable headsets with 5K resolution and 3D spatial sound, while motion-tracking technology follows every step, duck, and dodge with pinpoint accuracy. The arena itself is a blank canvas that transforms into whatever the game demands — a zombie-infested mall, a Tyranid-hive city, a zero-gravity space station, or a tropical island overrun by pirates. There are no physical obstacles or barriers inside the play area; the virtual world becomes your only reality. Up to eight players can roam simultaneously, seeing each other as in-game avatars and communicating through instant voice chat built into the headsets.

Josiah Maat, the Lead Game Master and Manager, has over 15 years of experience in videography and film production. Known online as "spookwackadoo," he leads the team with a focus on seamless guest experiences and immersive storytelling. Brad Taylor, the Sim Racing Expert and Lead Technician, comes from a background in automation and aerospace engineering, having worked as a machine builder for companies like JR Automation and Visioneering. He is also a longtime sim racing competitor and streamer (TheRealDskidz), organizing grassroots drift competitions and bringing real racing authenticity to the motion simulators. Together, they ensure that every session runs smoothly and that guests feel guided, not rushed, through their virtual adventures.
