Eagle Action Sportz Paintball & Airsoft is located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, just north of the city off Highway 49 North on Ryner Road.

The park offers six distinct playing fields including a Wild West town, an NXL tournament field, a hyperball field, and a traditional recreational field. Paintball and airsoft are the main attractions, with rental packages available for all skill levels. Low-impact paintball for ages 7–10, Gellyball for ages 4–6, and glow-in-the-dark paintball sessions add variety. The on-site pro shop carries major brands like Planet Eclipse, HK Army, and Tippmann, and the staff — led by three veteran founders — provides safety briefings and guidance for first-time players.

Beyond open play, Eagle Action Sportz hosts birthday parties, corporate team-building events, church group outings, bachelor parties, and military or law enforcement training simulations. Picnic tables and a lounge area offer space to relax between rounds. A loyalty program and annual pass are available for regular visitors. The park is open Saturday 9 AM–5 PM and Sunday 12 PM–5 PM, with Friday hours by reservation and weekday bookings available by calling ahead.

Common questions

Kids paintball uses lighter equipment and softer projectiles than the adult game — low-impact gear, smaller fields, shorter rounds. The point is to keep what kids like about paintball and remove the part that makes parents say no. Age minimums are usually around six to eight. More about kids paintball.

What happens if it rains?

Everything here is outdoors , so the forecast is worth a look before you book. In exchange you get space, terrain and cover — longer games, more ground, more of what the sport is actually about. Call ahead if the weather looks bad: policies on rescheduling differ from place to place.
