Common questions

Paintball is the one with consequences: the paintballs hit, they leave marks, and that is most of the appeal. Full masks and coveralls are standard and included at nearly every venue. Most fields also run a low-impact version with lighter equipment for younger players, which is worth asking about if anyone in the group is under about ten. More about paintball.

Does the weather matter?

Everything here is outdoors , so the forecast is worth a look before you book. In exchange you get space, terrain and cover — longer games, more ground, more of what the sport is actually about. Call ahead if the weather looks bad: policies on rescheduling differ from place to place.
