FAF Airsoft Field is located in Parker, Colorado, about 30 minutes southeast of downtown Denver and roughly 50 minutes from Colorado Springs. The field sits on the grounds of Flat Acres Farm, a working farm that also hosts seasonal festivals, a pumpkin patch, and community events throughout the year.
Two Distinct Battlefields, One Unforgettable Experience
FAF Airsoft Field offers players two completely different outdoor playing environments. The CQB (Close Quarters Battle) Field is built from stacked hay bales, bunkers, and barricades arranged into multiple tight lanes. This setup keeps players in close proximity and demands quick reflexes, sharp situational awareness, and fast decision-making. It is an outdoor take on indoor-style close combat, with plenty of cover and angles to work around. The second field is the Urban Field (also referred to as the Prison Field), a much larger space designed to accommodate 100+ players. It features several themed buildings, a roadway, a long berm, trees, hills, bunkers, bridges, bushes, a dry creek bed, and a multi-room center structure where much of the action converges. The mix of natural terrain and man-made structures creates a dynamic environment that rewards both individual skill and team coordination.
Game Modes and Scenarios for Every Play Style
Games at FAF rotate across both fields throughout the day, giving players a chance to experience a variety of tactical situations. Standard open-play Saturdays feature a mix of team deathmatch, capture-the-flag, domination, and objective-based scenarios. The field staff keeps things fresh by adjusting team compositions and game types between rounds. In addition to regular weekend play, FAF hosts monthly special events with themed scenarios, limited-edition patches for early registrants, prize giveaways, and unique game modes that go beyond the usual rotation. Night games are also held periodically, adding an extra layer of challenge and immersion. The field operates year-round, rain or shine, with safety protocols in place for severe weather.
Built for Groups, Celebrations, and Team Building
FAF Airsoft Field is a natural fit for private events of all kinds. Birthday parties, bachelor parties, youth group outings, corporate team building, and school groups are all welcome. The private event experience gives your group exclusive access to both fields, with fully customizable game modes and scenarios tailored to your group's size, skill level, and preferences. For team building in particular, the field offers a hands-on environment where communication, strategy, and trust are put to the test in a fun, adrenaline-fueled setting. The staff works with organizers beforehand to design an experience that meets specific goals, whether that is pure fun, leadership development, or simply bonding over a shared challenge. All necessary equipment and safety gear are provided for private events, so participants can show up ready to play.
Knowledgeable Staff and a Welcoming Community
The field is run by the team at Fox Airsoft, a well-established airsoft retailer and field operator in the Denver metro area. Staff members are experienced players themselves and receive training in safety procedures, game management, and customer service. They conduct thorough safety briefings before the first game and between rounds, chronograph every gun each visit, and enforce field rules consistently to keep gameplay fair and safe. The community at FAF is regularly described by players as friendly and inclusive. Newcomers are welcomed, experienced players share tips, and the overall atmosphere is one of mutual respect. Many reviews highlight how easy it is to make friends on the field, even when showing up alone. The honor system is central to airsoft, and the staff works hard to maintain a culture where players call their own hits and treat others the way they would like to be treated.
Comfort and Convenience Between Battles
The field provides a designated staging area where players can store their gear, take breaks, and socialize between games. There is parking available on-site, and restroom facilities are accessible. Players are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, and the surrounding Flat Acres Farm property adds a pleasant rural backdrop to the day. For those who do not own their own equipment, rental packages are available and include an airsoft gun, full-seal impact-rated goggles, and a lower face mask (required for players under 18). Biodegradable BBs are mandatory on the property, and a small retail selection of ammo and supplies is typically available. Gun bags are required for transporting weapons from the parking lot to the staging area, and all firearms must be chronographed before play each day.
