Paintball in San Antonio, TX

Ares Battlefield is located in south San Antonio, southeast of the Toyota plant and not far from Loop 1604.

Ares Battlefield is a family-owned paintball field with 37 acres of natural and cleared woodsball fields and a tire speedball field. It welcomes 50-caliber, 68-caliber, and first strike markers, offers low-impact play, and provides HPA air fills.

Children 7 to 9 can play in private family groups, and Nerf options are available for younger guests. Groups can book a picnic area and grill, and the park hosts seasonal events and private bookings.

Paintball Knights is located in St. Hedwig, Texas, about 18 miles east of San Antonio and one mile off Loop 1604.

Charlie’s Paintball is located in Von Ormy, Texas, along Interstate 35 southwest of San Antonio.

Charlie’s Paintball is a family-owned outdoor field, open since 2014, with several fields including speedball, a practice area, and a smaller field that works well for parties. A rental package includes a marker, goggles, air, and all-day entry, and players must be 14 or older.

The complex has covered pavilions, BBQ pits, and a large party pavilion for events with or without paintball. It hosts birthday parties, school trips, and group outings, with weekend play and weekday games by appointment.
